I was on a trip to a foreign Asian country last week. It was my first visit in Laos. So far I have been only in Europe. I thought that visiting a foreign country is always an adventure. And to tell you the truth it is really an adventure. Especially if you do not know the language. Europe seemed different to me but compared to Asia it looks to me as a homeland now. People in Asia are so different. Their culture, their habits, their food, their way of living and their philosophy -nothing is as ours. Asia is really foreign. Europe they seem to me something like cousins to us.
